Remembering Jeffrey P. Hoyle

Jeff Hoyle was a lawyer, a father, a husband, a brother, an uncle, and so much more to so many people. Diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in May of 2023, his battle with pancreatic cancer ended peacefully at home on October 8, 2025, surrounded by family. Jeff faced every challenge with humor, grace, and unwavering strength—fighting fiercely until the very end.

A lifelong lawyer and advocate, Jeff was known for his loyalty, sharp wit, and deep care for others. Once you were his client, you were a client for life. He loved motorcycles, his Porsche, golf, and tennis—but above all, like his mom and dad, he cherished time with family and friends, especially at the Hoyle cottage in Shanksville, PA.

Last year, Jeff’s niece Megan and her husband, Eric, ran the New York City Marathon with Project Purple to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer research, with Jeff and family cheering them on from the sidelines. Today, we honor his life and continue that spirit of strength, love, and perseverance by supporting Project Purple in his memory.
